Annual Networking Seminar

Once a year, Interfaith Scotland brings together representatives from each local interfaith group to network with one another and to share good practice. The 2016 networking seminar took place at Interfaith Scotland's dialogue centre in Glasgow. Those gathered participated in workshops looking at responding to conflict situations that involve people of faith locally, nationally and internationally.

The 2015 networking seminar took place at the Bield at Blackruthven in Perthshire. Those gathered explored the theme of the 2015 Scottish Interfaith Week, 'Care for the Environment' and facilitation skills for running dialogue events.

The 2014 seminar took place at the same venue and looked at different approaches to experiential interfaith dialogue. The 2013 seminar took place in Glasgow and looked at educational interfaith materials for school and community groups and the use of social media for local interfaith groups.

The 2012 seminar took place in Inverness and participants explored ways to engage young people in interfaith dialogue. The 2011 seminar took place in Dundee and looked at the Belief in Dialogue document. The 2010 seminar took place in Kircaldy and the theme was 'Sustaining diversity: working together as people of faith to sustain our communities and the environment'.
